I am Jaanvi Goel, and I have a savings account with an account number at your branch (mention your account number). I want you to know that my name has been spelt differently in all of my legal documentation.
I, therefore, ask that you update my account as well. For your reference, I’ve included the letter with the affidavit and all other supporting documentation to support my request to change the spelling of my name.Janvi Goel’s previous spelling of the name registered in your esteemed bank and I want to change it to Jaanvi Goel as it’s my new name.
