Good afternoon Sir,
With all due respect, I would like to request that you transfer my account from the current branch to your branch on Magadi Road, Bangalore. Since I just moved from Bangalore to Mysuru, it would be more convenient for me to manage my account from the aforementioned branch. I recently received my degree and was hired for a job in Mysuru. I had to request a transfer of my account to a different branch of your bank because of this.
Please urgently transfer my account in accordance to avoid any inconveniences with my regular business activities as I have no outstanding debts with the same branch.
Your quick response in this matter will be greatly appreciated. I have attached all the required documents asked with this application. I apologize for the inconvenience caused for the bank transfer.
