My name is Kumar Sanu and hold a Savings no. XXXXX with your esteemed bank. I request you to kindly issue me a bank balance certificate having the Bank seal and stamp of the said account as on 5th December 2022 for visa application purposes.
I have to get the required bank documents to get a visa to the United States of America. If approved, I’ll be using your esteemed bank for transactions over there and foreign exchanges. I am authorizing Bank to debit charges from the account for certificate issuance as well. I request you to do the needful.
