Dear friend,
Hey! How are you doing? I am also doing well on this side. I am going to write to you about a healthy habit that I have adopted recently. During my recent vacation, I became very lazy. Almost all of my friends were out of town so we didn�t get the chance to play anything. We switched to online gaming, and as a result, I started getting very lazy. But, thankfully, before it was too late, I decided to change some of my habits. One of that habits was not doing any physical activity. I started taking daily walks in the morning. You wouldn�t believe how refreshing it is to walk in the cold morning air unless you�ve tried it. It fills you up with energy. I have always read somewhere that a morning walk can keep your mental health in check as well. I have been feeling better ever since I have started this new habit.
