Dear friend,

Hey! How are you doing? I am also doing well on this side. I am going to write to you about a healthy habit that I have adopted recently. During my recent vacation, I became very lazy. Almost all of my friends were out of town so we didn’t get the chance to play anything. We switched to online gaming, and as a result, I started getting very lazy. But, thankfully, before it was too late, I decided to change some of my habits. One of that habits was not doing any physical activity. I started taking daily walks in the morning. You wouldn’t believe how refreshing it is to walk in the cold morning air unless you’ve tried it. It fills you up with energy. I have always read somewhere that a morning walk can keep your mental health in check as well. I have been feeling better ever since I have started this new habit.
