Dear Vishak,
I hope you and your loved ones are happy and doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you about a blood donation camp organized by my residence association that will be held this Sunday at STS Hall in the city. This is in association with World Blood Donation Day. Blood donation is important because it saves lives. Since blood cannot be manufactured, we have to donate it. Blood is required not just for accident victims but also during major surgeries, cancer treatment, and for dengue patients when their platelet count is very low. There are different blood groups, and some of them are very rare. The rare blood groups include AB negative, B negative, and AB positive. People who donate blood are at low risk of high blood pressure. It is said that it also helps to lower stress. If you are willing and healthy, please come to STS Hall on Sunday to donate your blood.
