Due to illness, my ward Vidhya S. of your class was absent from class on September 9–13, 2022. She was diagnosed with high fever and vomiting and was admitted to the hospital for two days. The doctor had advised her to rest for two more days and only go to school once she was completely fine. I kindly request that you consider this leave letter and let my ward attend the class from today onward.
I will make sure that she covers all the portions taught on the day of her absence and completes her notes accordingly. Also, she was unable to attend the physics test on February 10, 2022, and if possible, let her apply for a retest. At present, she is completely fine and healthy, and the school authorities do not have to worry about her health.
