This is Ganga F of your class, 9th C. I’m writing to request a five-day leave of absence. My sister got admission to a college in Chennai. Me, my father, and my mother will accompany her to Chennai. My family has also planned this trip to Chennai as a vacation for us. Our monthly exam was completed, and we received our answer sheets.
I received high marks on all of my papers. I hope you will consider it while granting me leave. Also, I haven’t taken any leave to date, and I do not have an attendance shortage. I kindly request that you grant me leave for five days for my vacation. I promise you that once I come back, I will clear up all my doubts regarding the lessons and complete my notes.
