Teacher,
I am Anand F of your class, 9A. I am writing this letter regarding my absence from the school for the past two days. On the night of September 20, I started developing pain in the stomach, and the next morning, it got severe. My parents rushed me to the hospital, and after examining me and checking the results of some tests, the doctor came to the conclusion that the stomach pain was caused by food indigestion.
They prescribed me medicines, and I was kept for observation at the hospital for one day. My pain got better after taking the medicines. My doctor told me to go to school after taking rest for one more day. At present, I am completely fine, and I request that you consider this my leave letter and permit me to attend class from today onward.
