This is Naveen F from your class, 7th A. I am writing this letter to explain the reasons for my absence from school on the 10th and 11th of this month. I was absent on the above-mentioned dates because I was out of station. My family and I went for a weekend vacation on the 8th and 9th of this month to Pondicherry.
Our plan was to reach home on the night of the 9th, so that on the next day, me and my brother could go to school, and my parents could go to work. But unfortunately, we got stranded in Pondicherry due to the climate there and a delay in our flights. We got home only on the morning of the 11th.
I kindly request that you consider this letter my leave letter and permit me to attend the classes from today onward. I will make sure that I go through the portions taught on my day of absence and complete the notes as well.
