Respected Sir,

I study in class 10 B of your prestigious school. I sincerely apologise for coming to school in an improper uniform. 

The laundry man lost both my uniform shirts and blazers. Hence, I came in another white shirt and no blazer. I will get another pair as soon as possible.

 I request you to kindly excuse me in the meantime and permit me to attend my classes.
