Respected Madam,

I am a student of 7 B studying in your esteemed school. My identity card has an error on it. My name is Mahesh Solanki, and my id card spells ‘Salonki’. 

I humbly request you rectify this error and issue me a new id card as the concession officer refuses to issue me a concession for the train.
