Respected Sir,
I am the parent of Vania Ranawat of class 4 A. I sincerely express regret for missing the PTM.
My husband and I were both tending to my sick mother in Surat. She has been very unwell these past few weeks and the doctors urgently called for us to be present. I have always attended all the PTMs with great enthusiasm and even volunteered in all parent events.
Although I was not present, I read the minutes and I must say that the suggestion put forth by the parent committee for biometric attendance in the buses is applause worthy. I am hopeful that you will excuse me.
