Sir,
With due respect, I, Manoj Kumar, give my consent to my ward’s, Saloni Bhanot’s participation in the Blood Donation Camp that the school is organizing on July 14th (Blood Donation Day). I take responsibility in case the donation affects the health of my ward afterward. I agree that the school is not a part of the NGO that is organizing the camp and is not responsible for any activity whatsoever.
Therefore, kindly allow my ward to participate in the camp on Sunday.
