Subject: Application for the cancellation of admission
Sir,
With due respect, I, Pooja Batra, write this application to inform you that unfortunately, I will have to cancel my admission in your prestigious institution. I had secured the fifth rank in the admission merit list for BBA and felt lucky enough to study in this University. However, I have got admission at a University nearer to my home and I prefer to remain in my hometown as I am the only child and My father is transferred to another city.
Therefore, due to personal reasons, I will have to let go of this opportunity. I apologise for the inconvenience that I must have caused. I hope that my seat gets filled by another deserving student.
