Good Morning everyone, Today I am going to share my views on the topic of “Junk food”.
Junk food is a term used to describe highly processed and refined food. It is generally considered less nutritious than natural foods. Junk food has been associated with obesity and causing serious health issues in children, along with the development of diseases such as diabetes. Junk foods like burgers, fries, and pizza are very high in cholesterol, sodium, and carbohydrates, all of which can be harmful to our health if consumed frequently.
These foods have been linked to numerous chronic diseases, including high blood pressure, obesity, liver and heart problems, and many others.
