Good Morning to everyone, Today I am going to share my views on the topic “Food”.
Food is a substance we consume to provide nutritional support for our bodies. It usually comes from plants or animals and contains necessary nutrients, like carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, or minerals.
It is the substance we eat every day for energy and strength. There are many different types of food, such as fruits, vegetables, rice, and pasta.
We need to eat a variety of foods to get all the essential nutrients the body needs. Not eating a healthy and balanced diet leads to weakness and deficiency diseases.
Healthy food gives an excellent balanced diet. Healthy foods are now very much necessary, as the pollution rates are increasing; there is a high chance of getting all kinds of harmful diseases.
We should avoid eating fast food.
As a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, we must eat healthy food always to be fit and fine.
