Dear Sneha,

I hope you and your family are fine and happy. I saw your brother yesterday. We played football together. He told me that you are having a fever and not eating healthy food. Hey, you should eat healthy food, and then only you will get your health and energy back. Eating healthy food can promise good health.

Our body should get sufficient nutrients and vitamins to perform each function. Food is the only source our body can get them from. Therefore, we should eat foods rich in vitamins, proteins, fibers, and other minerals. Our body should get all of them in sufficient amounts. We should also have to drink a minimum of 10 glasses of water.

Please try to add more vegetables, fruits, pulses, grains, and nuts to your daily diet. Vegetables and fruits are high in vitamins, while pulses are high in protein. We have to eat healthy to stay healthy. I hope you will recover soon from the fever.
