To the Respected Principal, teachers, and dear friends, I am glad for this given opportunity. Through my speech, I hope to convey my opinions and understanding of Dr. Kalam Sir’s persona. I’m really happy that I was born in India, where he was born. He must have been a citizen like us before evolving into an even greater personality.
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam is referred to as India’s missile man. He was born in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, on October 15, 1931. He was the eleventh president of India and was also known as the president of the people. He presided over the country from 2002 to 2007. He worked with organizations like ISRO and DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization) (Indian Space Research and Development Organization).
He was a physics and aerospace engineering student. He continues to be regarded as the apex of scientific advancements, and Indian students admire Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam for his commitment, nobility, and creativity. He had hoped for India and worked to improve the country. It would be wonderful on our part to help him achieve his vision of a dreamlike India.
A guy of dreams, APJ Abdul Kalam. He would encourage people to move beyond being merely dreamers and take action. His views are practical and admirable, and if they are successfully ingrained into one’s life, nothing can prevent that person from attaining their objectives.
APJ Abdul Kalam collapsed during his speech at the Institute of Management in Shillong. He died on July 27, 2015, at the age of 83. We should all aspire to be as great and valuable as him. Thank you.
