Time is precious because it is of utmost importance. Life in itself can be taken to be a race against time, with being productive every day becoming very crucial thus. This, is in fact, what is meant by the proverbs such as “Time is Money”, “Time and Tide Wait for No one”, and “Make Hay While The Sun Shines”.
Once lost, time is one thing that can never be retrieved. Losing invaluable time will only fill our lives with regret over what had been left undone. Making use of every minute while one still can is thus important.
