Narendra Damodardas Modi is the sitting Prime Minister of India for two consecutive years thus far, having won the elections with an overwhelming majority in both 2014 and 2019. He is the 14th serving Prime Minister of India. He once said, “It is India’s responsibility to display its strength to the world through knowledge and innovations.”
Born in 1950 in Gujarat, Modi became the Chief Minister of his own homeland in 2011 and continued to serve as such for the following 13 years.
Modi is also a member of the RSS. It was only in 2014 that Modi represented BJP.
