Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi is known as the father of India’s nation. He was not just an Indian lawyer but a very strong hearted anti-colonial nationalist and political ethicist who employed nonviolent resistance. He died at the age of 78.

He started the freedom movement in india and this movement consist of Champaran Movement in 1917, Kheda Movement in 1918, Khilafat Movement in 1919, Non-cooperation Movement in 1920, the Quit India Movement in 1942, and Civil Disobedience Movement.

The whole of India celebrates this man and owes him a great deal of respect. One thing to always keep in mind is that Mahatma Gandhi’s message to the whole of India which he believes his people will follow: to constantly follow the path of non-violence.
