It has been said by the study of psychology that people who rise early are less prone to depression or anxiety and can have a better and healthy lifestyle. However, again, one has to sleep early to achieve that. There is even a saying in English “ Early to Bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” Rising early does make one fit. It makes one do a whole lot more things then the one that doesn’t get up early. There are a lot of benefits in rising early: one can exercise to make them fresh for the day ahead, one can have plenty of time in the morning to do their works leisurely and lots more.
