Aryabhata, also called Aryabhata I or Aryabhata the Elder, was a mathematician, astronomer and scientist in the classical age. He died at the age of 74 years. It is a well known fact that Aryabhatta, the famous Indian mathematician discovered ‘zero’. He contributed a lot to science, maths and astronomy.
He is a highly influential influence for a whole lot of people all over the world to which we study about him to this very day. Some of the most notable works by Aryabhatta is his Explanation of lunar eclipse and solar eclipse, rotation of Earth on its axis, reflection of light by moon, and lots more.
