A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be giving a short speech on the topic of ’Save Trees Save Life’.
Saving trees is a crucial fact I am sure all of us here would be well made aware of. Have we actually paused for a minute to wonder why this is stressed?
A tree is very crucial for the sustenance of us human beings. Without trees, there wouldn’t exist oxygen without which we would all cease to survive!
Trees have also been proven to cause rains. This is why lands which have faced deforestation become plagued by food scarcity and droughts. Deforestation also results in soil erosion and an increased production of greenhouse gases, all of which are harmful to the environment and by extension, humans.
Planting a tree, they say, is the equivalent of getting an oxygen cylinder. With the advent of the COVID 19 Pandemic, we all surely understand the importance of this. Save trees, save lives!
