A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be giving a short speech on the topic of ‘Save Electricity’.
Saving electricity is a rising concern today. But, the big question is this- why must we save electricity?
One must look beyond the fact that because our electronic gadgets and devices switch on at a moment’s notice, electricity is not available in abundance. Again, power backups (UPS) and generators are not a solution and would not provide endless electricity!
We must thus always bear in mind that electricity is a non-renewable resource. That means that it is very much exhaustible and would not replenish when completely depleted. Taking into consideration the plight that would befall future generations, we must all be more cautious.
Again, excessive use of electricity also results in an increase in the emission of greenhouse gases, which are extremely harmful to the environment.
Even if you do not care for this, save electricity for fiscal benefits! Electricity is costly!
