Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’ll be giving a short speech on the topic of ‘Inventors and Inventions’.
Inventors and inventions are two terms that can clearly be seen to go hand in hand. Allow me to elaborate on these two terms individually first.
Inventions are defined by Google to be “the action of inventing something, typically a process or device.” Typically, inventions are of 3 types: scientific-technological, which includes medicine, sociopolitical which includes economics, and law, and humanistic, or cultural.
An Inventor, simply enough, is defined to be “a person who invented a particular process or device or who invents things as an occupation.” They are professionals who are skilled in creating inventions in the above-mentioned fields of inventions.
Inventors and inventions are crucial in today’s world as they are integral to the development of society and the nation as a whole. Today, younger are encouraged to take up sophisticated studies to become inventors- the creators of new inventions and a brighter future.
