Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’ll be giving a small speech on the topic ‘Hobbies and Interests for asl’.
Hobbies and interests are something personal to everyone and something one cherishes. These are activities that are taken up by us humans during our leisure time for pleasure.
Scientifically, studies have proven that hobbies help in improving the overall mental health of an individual. They help reduce stress and act as a good diversion from difficulties in life.
There are a wide variety of hobbies that are commonly taken up for the purpose of entertainment. One that is common, and one that I myself pursue, is reading. Reading, apart from being a hobby, has various positive effects on the body too.
Painting is also a common pursuit taken up as a hobby. So are writing, taking photography, indulging in sports, crafts, and gaming.
Some hobbies are unique as well. Few prefer collecting coins and stamps. Some even like bird watching and people watching.
