A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’ll be giving a small speech on the topic ‘Culture and Music’.
Culture and music are two terms that are intrinsically connected. Every country’s music can be seen to be related to its culture, in one way or the others. Modern music too will be influenced by the culture of the nation, no matter how small the reflection of it is shown.
Let’s take India as an example. The classical and folk music prevalent in the country stands as testimony to how music often deeply reflects the culture of the music. Even if we take modern music such as pop, jazz, and rap, the core elements of it would definitely be fused with tradition. Every music of a country thus would be a product of the country’s likes, tastes, and culture.
