Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends, a wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Cleanliness.
Cleanliness is one of the most important qualities that every person should have. Being neat and clean allows us to be more organised and disciplined, and thus make the best of our lives. It also makes us more hygienic, helping us lead healthier lives with less scope for illnesses and diseases to plague us.
It is often said that cleanliness is next to godliness, and the saying couldn’t be truer. Only by staying clean and keeping our environment clean can we create the ideal society. We should keep our own bodies and homes clean, and also make sure to never litter streets and public spaces.
Thus, we must all remember the value of cleanliness, and strive our best to achieve it! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.
