Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’ll be talking about the aim of education.
Today’s aim of education does not have anything to do with learning or gaining knowledge. Rather, it has morphed into a rat rate.
All that is important now is to be academically proficient and receive straight As. Rather than understanding new concepts and imbibing them, what matters today is memorizing the syllabus for the sake of exams and writing answers that would appease the examiner!
The education system as a whole needs to be changed thus. The aim of education must shift from receiving good grades to learning knowledge and learning a more hands-on approach. Practical skills must be given more importance thus.
Let’s change the aim of education for the better! Let’s learn for a better future!
