Subject: Annual Function at my School
Dear Sally,
Take my love and affection. I hope you are hale and hearty by the grace of God. I’m also well by his blessings. In my last letter I told you that my school’s annual function was going to take place soon. It actually just happened last Friday! So today, I want to tell you all about my school’s annual function!
Our school’s annual function takes place every November, since this is the time when we have the least academic workload. All the students and teachers at our school have been working hard for months to prepare for the annual function, so it was a wonderful experience to finally see it happen. We had a milieu of performances lined up for the annual function, including songs, dances and dramas.
They were all coordinated and directed by our amazing teachers, and the student performers practised super hard to pull them off perfectly on stage in front of the audience. All our parents came to attend the annual function, and they were amazed to see their beloved children perform so well on stage!
I participated in a group song that my class performed, and it was well loved by the audience! I greatly enjoyed everyone else’s performances as well! It was a delight to see our school’s annual function go so well! Do tell me how school is going for you too!
