Subject: Application to warden for leaving hostel permanently
Good evening sir,
This is to inform you that my name is Megha Sharma, and I am a student at St Joseph’s University who lives in Hostel Block B.
I regret to inform you that I will not be extending my stay at the hostel. The reason for ending my stay is that I have completed the course and will be moving into a flat before our grade sheets are distributed. I have already returned all of the equipment issued by the hostel. I have never vandalised the hostel’s property and have paid all of my fees on time.
Please notify me of any outstanding accounts related to the stay.
