Respected Sir,
I am writing to apply for one day leave due to obesity. My name is Sandeep Bakshi, and I am a student of 12th in your school. I am suffering from obesity and it has been making me feel weak, tired and lethargic. I have been advised by my doctor to take a day off from school and rest completely.
This is the only way I can get some relief from the symptoms of obesity. Hence, I humbly request you to grant me a one-day leave so that I can rest and recuperate. I promise to make up for the missed classwork and complete all the assignments on time. Thank you for your understanding.
