Good morning sir,
I�m studying 6th standard at your school. I�m sending this letter to inform you that due to bad eating habits, doctor has advised me to get a tooth extracted. Attending classes after the surgery would be a problem for me� prefer to stay at home until I recovery from my surgery.
With the hope that you will understand my health condition, I request a leave of two weeks, from 21st October to 03rd October 2022. I hope you will grant me the leave.
