Subject: Leave application for tooth extraction
Good morning sir,
I’m studying 6th standard at your school. I’m sending this letter to inform you that due to bad eating habits, doctor has advised me to get a tooth extracted. Attending classes after the surgery would be a problem for me prefer to stay at home until I recovery from my surgery.
With the hope that you will understand my health condition, I request a leave of two weeks, from 21st October to 03rd October 2022. I hope you will grant me the leave.
