Subject: Leave Application for shifting home
Respected Madam,
With due humility, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sangita, class teacher of class X-B will not be able to come to school from 29th December, 2022- 4th January, 2023 as I will be shifting my home. I have been searching for a home appropriate and decent for the past month and have finally gotten one.
While on the midst I have been staying in a rent. I currently have no family support at the moment because most of my family resides out of state. I would like to take this time to shift my home. Hence, I request you to grant me leave for few days. I assure you that I shall be joining back on the 5th of January with no delay and in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application.
