Subject: Leave for Breathing Problems
Respected Sir,
I, Anamika Srivastava, student of class XI-A of your school, hereby request you to accept my leave application as I shall be absent from 1 December, 2022- 4th December, 2022 because I am suffering from breathing problems like asthma due to air pollution. I have been suffering from a severe cough and heavy breathing problems for a week. The check up diagnosed it to be asthma. He has strictly advised me to stay indoors till I get well. I will cope up with my studies and homework from my home and will try to prepare all the lessons for the upcoming exams. I assure you that I shall be joining back from 5th December, 2022 in good spirits.
I will be highly obliged to you for accepting my leave application and granting me a few days to rest and recover.
