I, Anamika Srivastava, student of class XI-A of your school, hereby request you to accept my leave application as I shall be absent from 11nd November, 2022- 14th November, 2022 because I am suffering from asthma due to air pollution and hence, has been advised by the doctor to avoid going outside my house. I assure you that I shall be joining back from 15th November, 2022 in good spirits.
