Good morning sir,
Thank you for letting me submit a half-day leave application to you. All of sudden since the first class I have been feeling nauseous and dizzy. I do not know what is triggering my health. I have called my parents and they have booked an appointment with my doctor to know why I am feeling sick. My teachers and classmates know about my condition as of now and recommended to take a leave. I have stated my reason so that you can understand my situation. I seek your permission to be excused from the rest of my classes for today. I hope my application would be considered as soon as possible
