Subject:- An application for repairing a fan.
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I, Vikram Singh, a student of class 12th of your esteemed institution, am writing this application to bring to your kind notice that the fan of our classroom has been damaged due to faulty wiring.
The summers of our area are very harsh and it becomes increasingly difficult for the students to study in scorching heat. Your goodself is requested to kindly send a technician to repair the faulty fan so that the students can take a sigh of relief in the class. I have full faith in your sense of justice.
