Subject:- An application for permission to use the school venue.

I am writing this application to request your permission for the usage of the school premises for the farewell party being organized for the outgoing batch of the year 2023-2024, and we believe that in order to accomodate all the party members, the school premises is an ideal location.
I will ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to avoid any damage to the school property during the event. I will also make arrangements to clean up the area after the event is over, leaving it in the same condition as it was before the event.
