Subject:- An application for permission for summer holidays.
Respected Sir,
I, Charu Sharma, on behalf of the whole class, am writing this application to request your permission to allow the class to observe 02 weeks of summer holidays. This summer, the temperature will rise high according to the meteorological department.
After 02 weeks, our exams are also scheduled to happen so this brief period of holidays would give us ample time to rest as well as prepare for the upcoming examination with enough preparation.
We understand that attendance is an essential component of academic success, and we will make sure that our absence does not have any negative impact on our studies. We will be available to catch up on any missed work once we return, and will make arrangements to ensure that we do not fall behind. Please consider our request as we would be highly obliged.
