Subject:- An application for hostel accommodation
Respected Sir,
I am writing to you humbly to request for hostel accommodation in your esteemed school. I am Hardeep Singh, studying in Class 12th and I have been a student of this school for the last 02 years. I come from a family of moderate means, and my parents cannot afford to provide me with accommodation near the school.
Staying in the hostel would enable me to attend classes regularly and focus on my studies. I am confident that I can do well in my studies if I am provided with hostel accommodation. I shall be ever grateful if you could consider my request favorably.
