Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully I, Nikhil, class representative (12th class) of this esteemed institution, on behalf of all the students, want to submit that since our term-I exam has ended, you are requested to arrange an excursion so that the students may feel reinvigorated again. All the students are excited and ready to pay the dues. Please direct the school administration so that an excursion is organized. We also have to prepare for term-II exams which usually follow term-I so we have little time left. We would be highly obliged if our request is considered by you.
