Subject:- An application of conversion from hosteller to day scholar.
Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully, I want to submit that I am a student of class 1th in your esteemed school. I had initially opted for school hostel service. It has been 3 months since I became a hosteller. But now, my elder brother has shifted in the city and has decided to rent a room in the city. He has advised me to stay with him in the room. Kindly consider this application and allow me to change my status from hosteller to day scholar. I have cleared all the pending dues of the hostel department (the receipt of which I have annexed with this application). I shall be highly obliged if my request is considered by you.
