Most humbly and respectfully, I want to submit that I have passed class 11th from your esteemed institution. Due to some unforeseen circumstance, our family is shifting from our current city to another city which is about 200 km away. In view of the scenario, my family has decided to admit me to another school which is in the vicinity of our new residence. Kindly issue a discharge certificate in my favor so that I shall be admitted to that new school without any issue. I shall be highly obliged if my request is considered.
