Subject: application to the police station for a lost wallet

Good morning sir,

I would like to bring to your kind attention that on 1st December 2022 I was travelling from Kengeri to Baiyapanahalli by metro train. During my trip, I misplaced my wallet. I had my wallet with me when I was boarding the metro from Kengeri, but after a while, when I had to use it again, I couldn’t find it. I am sure that I lost my wallet there only. I tried to find my wallet, but I was unable to find it.

Please take into account my request and file a police report for the wallet theft. As necessary when filing a complaint, I am enclosing a copy of my identity evidence that I have attested for myself.
