Subject – Application for leave for wife’s medical treatment
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow because of my wife’s medical treatment. She has been under medication for the past two months and has an appointment for her checkup tomorrow i.e 8th of May 2022. I would like to take leave for tomorrow i.e 8th of May 2022 to take care of her and see to all necessary medical treatments. I will be back to resume my work on the 9th of May 2022.
