Subject – Application for leave for wife’s health problem
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days because of my wife’s health problem. She has been under medication for the past two months and recently has been having some sight effects. I would like to take three days’ leave i.e 6th June 2022 till the 9th June 2022 to take care of her and see to all necessary Medical checkups.
