Subject: Leave application for wife’s accident
Good morning sir,
My wife met with an accident last night. We are a nuclear family, so no one else is at home to care for her. She is not feeling well despite taking her to the emergency room. I’ve chosen to take her to the PIMS hospital in Bangalore for better medical care.
I will be grateful to you for granting me two days’ leave so that I could take her to the hospital and accompany her till her health improves. I hope her health improves while I am away from the office. I am ready to return to the office as soon as possible.
