Subject – Application for the request of leave for my child’s fever
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e 19th of May 2022 because of my child of 7 years who is suffering from a fever. He is a grade 4 student studying at Happy Valley School. I would like to take him for a checkup tomorrow at Bethesda hospital. Concerning this, I would like to take leave tomorrow to care for my child. I will be back to resume my work by the 20th of May 2022.
